Customer Success Manager

Be the trusted advisor to our facility partners and ensure their success with Cares.AI.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the face of Cares.AI for our partner facilities. Your goal is to ensure they are getting the most value out of our platform and to help them transform their operations. You will work closely with facility administrators and staff to understand their needs, provide training, and drive adoption.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new facilities and guide them through the implementation process.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to facility staff on using the Cares.AI platform.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Gather feedback and advocate for customer needs within the product team.

What We're Looking For

  • 13+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
  • 2Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 3Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • 4Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • 5Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site visits.
