About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of our core platform. You will be responsible for building high-performance, accessible, and secure interfaces that are used by nurses and administrators every day. This role is critical to our mission. You won't just be shipping features; you'll be designing systems that prevent medication errors and ensure resident safety.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build scalable frontend applications using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and implement secure APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality.
• Optimize application performance for low-latency environments.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• 2Strong understanding of web security principles (OWASP) and performance optimization.
• 3Experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and ORMs.
• 4Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Vercel) and CI/CD pipelines.
• 5Passion for building software that makes a real-world impact.
